Delete your account and data
You can delete your ReelMorph account and all data linked to it at any time, directly in the app.
What is deleted
- Your account, credit balance and remaining credits
- Your video history and job records
- All uploaded photos, videos and selfies, and all results and previews still stored
- Device records and notification tokens
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
What is kept, and for how long
- A marker that a device has already used its free credit: 1 year, to prevent abuse.
- Videos that were reported for abuse: up to 30 days, for review.
- Usage events and crash reports tied to the anonymous ID: until they expire at PostHog and Sentry (at most 12 months).
- Purchase records kept by Google Play or Apple under their own policies.
Subscriptions are not cancelled automatically. Cancel in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) or in your Apple ID settings.
No access to the app?
Email reelmorph.app@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion", the device you used and roughly when you used the app. We will reply within 30 days.

Silme işlemi hemen gerçekleşir ve geri alınamaz.
Neler, ne kadar süre saklanır
- Bir cihazın ücretsiz kredisini kullandığına dair işaret: kötüye kullanımı önlemek için 1 yıl.
- Kötüye kullanım nedeniyle bildirilen videolar: inceleme için en fazla 30 gün.
- Anonim kimliğe bağlı kullanım olayları ve çökme raporları: PostHog ve Sentry'deki süreleri dolana kadar (en fazla 12 ay).
- Google Play veya Apple'ın kendi politikalarına göre tuttuğu satın alma kayıtları.
Abonelikler otomatik olarak iptal edilmez. Google Play'de (Ödemeler ve abonelikler) veya Apple Kimliği ayarlarından iptal et.
